How do I make a booking?

You may complete the booking form on this website to make a booking, or email us at corporate@primecar.com.sg.

How many days in advance should I make my booking?

At least 2 days prior to the pick up date. We do accept urgent bookings, however it will be subjected to availability and waiting time.

What should I do if the driver is late?

Please send us an email at corporate@primecar.com.sg.

How will I know if my car is on the way?

You can message our driver directly to check if he is on the way to the location.

I've lost my item on the car, what should I do?

At the airport, where would my driver meet me?

Your driver will meet you at the airport arrival hall in front of the belt of your flight with your name on the placard.

What if my flight has been rescheduled/delayed/cancelled?

What is your cancellation policy?

What is your waiting-time policy?

For airport arrival, the grace waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time.

For departures or one-way transfers, the grace waiting time is 15 minutes from the chartered time.

Charges apply for subsequent waiting time.

Are there any extra charges for additional pick-up/drop-off point?

If the location is within 5km (en-route), there will be an additional $20. However, if the location is beyond 5km, it will be chargeable as a 2-way trip.

Can I book a driver for the whole day?

Yes, you may opt for hourly charter service.

Do you accept corporate bookings or corporate payment?

Yes, we do. For corporate, we will issue an invoice at the end of the month with 30 days credit term.

Do you provide cross-border transfers?

Yes, we do provide cross-border transfers to Malaysia. Do email your request and itinerary to us at corporate@primecar.com.sg for a detailed quotation.

Is Lux Prime GST-registered?

Yes, Lux Prime is a GST registered company.
